Billing Issues I just received a call from a collection agency collecting for this healthcare provider on services they say I received 18 months ago. I don't recall seeing this doctor or receiving a bill from his office and can find no record where a claim was filed with my insurance.
Dr. Gupta's wife is the office manager. She will not work with your insurance. She will not act in a professional manner. Dr. Gupta is excellent; however, I cannot recommend him due to his wife being so unprofessional.
