Amazing value Very large and spacious. The rent is not expensive at all and the manager is very nice!
Slack maintenance and office. Dirty! Management and maintenance does not communicate. A/C broke a month ago they put a window unit in that cools half of my apartment. Dirty walkways, furniture and trash surrounds dumpster. Obvious drug activity.
Stay Away PSA.... ridgewood is the lowest of the lowest. They have crazy roaches y’all. It was so bad I barely wanted to cook. If I do I had to stand over my food just to make sure a roach didn’t crawl in. But they act like they don’t know that they’re there. Pest control does come in and spray but it seemed as if they were just spraying water because it did nothing to help the problem. And they get offended and catch attitudes when you tell them they’re not doing a good job. They didn’t seem to care either but of course not... read more
Poor management AND Slow / incompetent / rude maintenance Poor management-This is the ultimate “take it with a grain of salt” remark. As a landlord myself, there is nothing worse than having someone write that you’re bad at what you do. With our company, almost every time we see this it’s because there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding of expectations.
