RecommendedWe've lived here for about 3 months now. It's temporary...3ish months to go! I do detailed reviews, so here it goes... Inside is pretty nice. Outside is terrible. They over water which causes the grass and dirt to mildew and stink. The water floods the parking lot causing pot holes. Lots of dog owners... I'm not a pet person. They don't pick up their poop even with poop pick up stations. Parking is pretty tight and busy. Had to buy a covered spot just to park somewhere relatively close. $35 mth. Loved living here! Jennifer and Bryley are SO SWEET! The apartments are very spacious and the rental rates are unbeatable! If you’re looking for an apartment THIS is the place to go!!
Love living here, been here almost 3 years now. Jennifer and Bryley are great in the office. Great maintenance staff, If there is an issue on the property or in my apartment they get it fixed quick.
To be fair, the apartments are nice on the inside for the most part. However, the outside and grounds were ugly and my neighbors were not friendly. I did not feel welcome.
Jennifer is one amazing person, you couldn’t have a better member of management.
Okay, so we've been here a month now, I wanted to wait and see just how everything really went. We've put everything through the ringer, we've had to use maintenance (just for a small weather stripping issue), we use the doggie parks for our 2 standard poodles, our kids play outside on the courts all the time and can't wait for the pool, and of course we've lived here long enough to learn the small "good" and "bads".
