To Ridgeview Townhomes , I am a Tenant I have been a resident here with you all since 02/2024. I have had a many Landlords but only two who I can honestly say have been the Best, one is deceased and Stephanie is the other. To a degree she is the best out of the two due to she is all about the business of the residence, the upkeep of the residence and making sure the residents are doing the same by abiding the guidelines. I want to give a shout out to all the residents, staff, and vendors at Ridgeview. I have had the pleasure of working at this property for the last month or so. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful. Thank you everyone for being kind and so welcoming. Y'all have really made the job awesome and have left a positive mark on me.
This was my very first apartment, I was so excited! My experience has just been awful!!! I’m not comfortable, it doesn’t feel like home. I’m always targeted, I never come outside unless it’s to leave in my car. There’s always tension between the manager & I, and you could just tell when you’re not wanted somewhere. The Lords will I’ll be outta here by next year!
