Personally we got the lease signed and everything there were good signs for the price. Since staying the first few days we seen roaches a few here and there. Had the exterminator come and it helped but they’re coming back again. If you have a family or are just starting up the price is good you’ll just have to deal with this. The sound on the street is also loud. There’s lots of car noise. Wish someone told us but we’re stuck for the year
