As a case worker for a tenant at Beasley Mill, I have become very concerned about several issues. The main one being the maintenance tech. The management and landlord for this place are just some shady scammers. They make up these fake charges for things (like having something replaced in your unit) and threaten you with a eviction if you don’t pay it. Why don’t they inform you beforehand that there’s a charge for getting said item replaced? They accused multiple tenants of not paying the rent and had eviction notices on their doors.
