I feel robbed! Just went to saw an ENT for first time. My copay usually is $150.00 and was shocked to see a bill of $765. By looking at my nose I got charged a "surgical service". No warning at all, c'mon people!
I absolutely love the providers I see which is why I’ve continued to go to Ridgeview but everything else is extremely aggravating to deal with! Whoever Janet is from triage hung up on me and simply should not have a job (after speaking with the regional supervisor, she claims the phone was “disconnected” yet never called me back? And according to this supervisor, she put in the notes she attempted to call me back and sent me a MyChart message which is a LIE!)! I’m sick of dealing with their incompetent employees! OK absolutely love my doctor Dr Utz. She is awesome and that’s why I continued to go here. I just wanted to leave Feedback regarding getting messages to them. Today I needed to call as they were to send a referral for Moses surgery 2 weeks ago and the clinic had not received it. I literally waited 50 minutes to talk to the front desk who then transferred me to the nurses station where I waited another 10 minutes and then had to leave a message and was told I might hear back in 48 hours.
