Sensitivity toward disabled patients As a disabled patient (Deaf), I find Dr. Filbrandt and her assistants to be very sensitive to the communication issues I face. I am so sure that the sensitivity displayed to me will also be to others who have the same or other.disabilities. The quality of work is par excellence.
