I was called by MJS too see if I wanted a boat space because I was the next one on the list. Here it is over a week later after calling them at least 4 times and speaking to them in person just yesterday. They never called me back after they said they would. I missed picking up a 38,000 boat because I have no where to park it. Courtney who is suppose to help me has never answer my calls or emails. This hoa doesn't communicate at all. It's not that hard you seem to have all the time to drive around the neighborhood looking for something to do but can't use simple communication about things that are your responsibility. Respect works both ways and is earned not given .DO BETTER!!!
Absolute worst company ever. They send out violations blaming the neighbors reported a broken trampoline which was new and my grass not being cut which was cut. Straight lies. Then when I reply to the violation he tells me well this takes it from a violation to unapproved item. So you mean to tell me we can’t buy our kids anything to play on?? What’s crazy just about all the homes have trampolines in my neighborhood so why is our tiny trampoline in my yard where I pay 1600 a month for a problem. After I sale this house I’ll ... read more
