This hoa doesn't communicate at all. It's not that hard you seem to have all the time to drive around the neighborhood looking for something to do but can't use simple communication about things that are your responsibility. Respect works both ways and is earned not given .DO BETTER!!!

Absolute worst company ever. They send out violations blaming the neighbors reported a broken trampoline which was new and my grass not being cut which was cut. Straight lies. Then when I reply to the violation he tells me well this takes it from a violation to unapproved item. So you mean to tell me we can’t buy our kids anything to play on?? What’s crazy just about all the homes have trampolines in my neighborhood so why is our tiny trampoline in my yard where I pay 1600 a month for a problem. After I sale this house I’ll ... read more

This place seems more like crooks than anything else. They support Board Members who then cherry pick who they want to assess or send complaints on. I.E., buildings. Mine had been in since the property was purchased and after almost 7 years, they send a threatening letter stating it has to be torn down and removed. Gets out of the 178 homes in here over 85% have same size, larger size or against architectural guidelines. Seems more like they are all about making money, but NO consistency and fairness.
