Absolutely the worst urgent care I've ever been to. Huge waste of my time and a big unnecessary expense. Because of the care or lack of...I was not treated appropriately and I wasn't able to begin the proper treatment until I was able to be seen at my primary clinic. The "Dr" I saw said they didn't give one of the medications for home use,(incorrect, because I've had it in the past), have me one Rx that was a very low/unhelpful dose. I've been using this clinic for annual check up for years. Generally, the service is good and don't have to wait too long for the urgent care. However this clinic is too greedy.... (1) During pandemic, I had a virtual annual physical example was charged as office visit because we continued a prescription medicine which has been renewed every year. This was my first experience at Ridgeview Urgent Care, located in Chanhassen, and I have to say I am very impressed with their efficiency. I was in and out within half an hour. Thank you, J. Davis PA-C and staff for the excellent care during my visit!
If you’re looking for contraceptive healthcare I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere. Two visits ago they accidentally injected me with steroids instead of Depo Provera. Not the greatest, but I didn’t die so it’s all good. This time was the icing on the cake though as their new policy for being late for a shot requires you to come in for an abstinence/safe sex lecture, then come back in two weeks for your pregnancy test and Depo shot if negative. Worst urgent care I have ever been to literally, so don’t waste your time. I went in for what I originally thought was the common cold, but that included thick green phlegm coming up from my lungs. Clinician (not a doctor) wouldn’t give me an antibiotic, so I called back after several days when feeling even worse, and was promised a call back from a nurse.
