Don’t go here because I think it is a waste of your time. Doctor was very junior with no empathy and minimal skills. Now I know why place was empty and other reviews are similar to mine.
I went to this clinic in the morning and immediately after checking in, was called by a nurse. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the doctor who I’ve seen that day, excellent. Dr. Colleen Shaeffel has a deep knowledge of both, conventional and alternative medicine; she is also very friendly and empathic. I would strongly recommend this clinic and Dr.Coleen.
I like to call this place my hidden gem for urgent care. We rarely wait very long and receive excellent care. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst urgent care I've ever been to. Huge waste of my time and a big unnecessary expense. Because of the care or lack of...I was not treated appropriately and I wasn't able to begin the proper treatment until I was able to be seen at my primary clinic. The "Dr" I saw said they didn't give one of the medications for home use,(incorrect, because I've had it in the past), have me one Rx that was a very low/unhelpful dose. I've never been so disappointed in medical care. I will definitely not every go there again ... read more
I've been using this clinic for annual check up for years. Generally, the service is good and don't have to wait too long for the urgent care. However this clinic is too greedy.... (1) During pandemic, I had a virtual annual physical example was charged as office visit because we continued a prescription medicine which has been renewed every year. (2) In 2024's annual physical exam, I was charged with an additional office visit and I still don't know why. We had the exactly same process as 2023. I talked to their headquarter... read more
