Nothing but disgusting problems. Terribly rude Reside staff in office. Moldy, stained, roach infested apartment upon move in. High crime, 4 out of 5 packages are stolen/mailboxes broken into. Office sends passive aggressive emails, and they respond very slowly to problems. Do not move here, please.
Have only lived here a few weeks. Upon move-in apartment smelled of mold, there were numerous stains in the carpet, and somehow even nails from the previous owners were still left in the wall. Not to mention, the walls of the kitchen are covered in some odd stains, and the carpet in the hallway is absolutely disgusting. Reside property management over promises and under delivers on these apartments.
Piece of dump. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The security is zero. I had a couple of incidents my package were stolen ( Nov 7th 2017, April 1st 2018) even I put this box full of dippers for a few mins is gone.
