DONT RENT HERE Worst place I’ve ever lived in my whole life. Horrible horrible horrible.
Beware? Do not move in unless you want to get screwed by management, they will make you pay late fees on stuff that wasn't in your lease agreement and no one told you anything about. I was hesitant to move here and I was right, all the 1 start ratings are true. They will raise your rent, they will tow your car because they have some deal with the towing company, it is always full of trash and its like living in the ghetto.
A joke of a place and worst manager I rented 2 apartments with this place in the B building first time was ok and this last time in L building was the worst. Maintenance isn't kept up you have to remind them your toilet is broken no one is in the office parking is terrible and the manager is a two faced liar. Don't expect to get your deposit back rather you owe them money. Melissa who is the manager now will seem nice but she doesn't care about you or if you have issues with your apartment. bad! I had a bad experience. main manager is nice to some tenants and to others she's super friendly. says one thing one day changes mind the next. says no dogs allowed. then says only service dogs. Some people even have 2 dogs. . .bad experience. not renewing lease!

Ridgeview Apartments has a no pet policy. By the State of California you can not deny any service animals. All service animals are certified and registered and rules and regulations must be followed prior to move in.
Dont bother The landloards were very difficult to work with. They would say one thing one day and switch it up the next. They don't take out the $300 on first months rent like advertised. They do however add $500 to your deposit for a total of $1,500 if its your first time renting, so watch out students. Worst experience ever.

Ridgeview Apartments does have qualifications that need to be met on all applicants. If no rental history, bad credit, not enough income we do ask for additional deposit or deny.
