They did get us more from insurance but stopped work and now claim we cancelled which is false.Now four months with no contact,don’t use!
How is it that people like this are allowed to roam around freely stealing money from people? If they had any honor or conscience, they would be ashamed of themselves.
I have not had good experience with communications with this contractor, many phone calls and texts not returned by the salesman. The owner seems like a decent guy, but is going through some transition with the company right now. I chose a different contractor for my metal roof.
My insurance company denied my roof replacement and said there wasnt enough shingles missing. I contacted Ridgestar Roofing to come out and look at my roof and they told me it definitely warranted replacing. I was leary but signed a contract with them to fight my insurance for my damages. Their representative came out, took pictures, had to remove tarps, reinstall tarps, three times at that without asking me for a dime.
