nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. I would recommend this complex to anyone who would like to live in the N/NW area. It’s also close to all the shops on maize rd. very convenient!
I just moved into Ridgeport back in November of last year and my experience with all of them has been fantastic. Maintenance issues usually get worked next day, they have regular maintenance checks, and when my fur child escaped Bailey helped me get her back home safe! They all do a wonderful job.
I have had a very positive experience with my time at Ridgeport. Safety was a top priority for me when looking for a home, and I have always felt very secure and at ease on the property. Karli and the rest of the office team are incredibly responsive and very helpful. They are always available to discuss any questions or concerns, and they actually listen and follow up. Additionally, the maintenance crew is always timely and friendly. I always appreciate how much the team cares about their residents.
