Very quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and friendly maintenance staff. The office staff is on constant rotation and treats the houses like run down apts. The houses are dated and need upgrading. Neighboring area is trash and the neighborhood behind harbors criminals.
There is some violence although it is quite peaceful and it's not really a good place to live but overall I'll give it a 3 out of 10 I do admit I've been around the neighborhood it's just it's kind of a safe place but I've seen some things that are not safe so that's is my reasoning
Horrible management. New management company and they have no clue of what they are doing. They don’t believe in emergency maintenance. You aren’t allowed to put the same work orders in, if so they will tell you that you are responsible for getting it fixed yourself. No changes. Mold in the homes. They stated they aren’t responsible for those repairs. Children in the area are very rude and disrespectful. I have been here 4 years in the very beginning it was nice and quiet. Now they don't care who they put in. They never fix anything the neighbors are loud and ghetto as heck. The kids are unsupervised and are nasty and disruptive. I am moving within the month. Drug dealers selling dope, shoot outs, nasty neighbors who don't respect other people's stuff. I can't wait to move with like minded people.
