Since my last update, from a now deleted review, management has changed THANKFULLY. Not only is it evident in the demeanor of some of the staff, but there have been SUCH improvements on the grounds of the property as well. First off, the best decision Greystar made was hiring Jay, now she is the Assistant Property Manager, so BIG claps that all her hard work, empathy, and care for this community is being recognized.
