Asked them to come out and identify a leak on my roof. They were happy to charge an (excessive) amount to cut my drywall and do a "water test" that I helped them perform but we're not able to identify the source of the leak correctly. There were absolutely no follow ups after or attempts to identify the source of the leak just continued pointing at an irrelevant part of the roof.
