Tom and Lloyd have done several projects for me in the past couple years and have always done a great job. They are quick to respond, explain what's going on, and are fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
Tom and team were very professional and ensured we understood the service every step of the way. He also ensures that the lowest-cost method is employed and won't charge you for anything you don't need - I can't imagine going with another plumber!

They had an incredible workload due to the deep freeze and busted pipes over the last week so we were happy to only have to wait a day and a half for a plumber to come out. Both Kathleen and Shane were friendly and helpful. Communication could be better and they could have set expectations better but I still give them a high rating for their service, professionalism and fair pricing. I selected Tom Austin’s plumbing company, Ridgeline Plumbing, to resolve a hot water problem in my home. The service was immediate and clearly more interested in solving my problem then two larger companies I had contacted. Tom discussed my problem with me in plain, understandable conversations on my first contact and promptly followed that with an estimate far better than his competitors.
