I wanted to let Ridgeline Family Medicine know how unprofessional Dr. Perez was in my recent office visit. I have NEVER been so disrespected as a patient as Dr.? Perez was with me. I was basically told I was taking all the wrong medications and supplements and was treated like I was only taking up his time for nothing. Centura Health Ridgeline Family Medicine is an absolutely horrible practice. I came in as a new patient - very first visit. I called and set the appointment up over a week in advance. The visit was scheduled for 8:45am. I was asked to come in at 8:15 since I was new, they could finalize paperwork and take care of my blood work before the appointment. I showed up at 8:15 with completed paperwork in hand, had been fasting for 12 hours and was ready to go, by 9:15 still no blood work, no doctor, nothing. The nurse that initiall... read more
