I went in for an ER follow up (which took a ridiculous amount of time to get in for in the first place) and ended up being scheduled for an ultrasound which wouldn't even look for the main concern I had. When I asked the NP what happened, I got the equivalent of a shrug and "well, we'll just schedule you for something else." This place is terrible, aside from one receptionist. They have cancelled appointments on me without notice, or a plan to reschedule in a timely fashion. I have had to go three times in one week due to errors on their end, I live an hour from this office. They tried to tell me they wouldn’t sign my health form for college unless I had a TB test, which I had gotten literally the week before, which means they just didn’t bother to look at my chart. Keep doctors. Something really wrong here. Who's running the shop?
I would have given my providers 6 stars last month. Obviously the new CEO, or someone, is choosing to conduct a purge of my excellent providers. Funny how those at the top tend to disreagard the patient provider bonds. If this new leader can quit purging established staff and concentrate on staff retention, then *maybe* my enthusiasm will be restored. I’m a retired MD, I’ve served on boards. My prescription was incorrect, I did not have enough to get me through my blood work appointment. I was initially told in mid January to go get my blood work done at the end of February. I ran out of my prescription before the end of February. I called last Monday morning (2/19) to get a small refill to get me through my blood draw, no one called back so I had to call the following morning. Family recommended I come here and I’m glad I did! They were very accommodating because I’m home from school and they were able to get me in. The front office is very friendly and helpful and Amanda Bolton was wonderful to work with!
