Kate is such a good landlord! Always open to talk about anything and everything! She is very good at making sure this place and people are taken good care of! I recommended it!
The staff is very helpful and the place is very clean!
Overall we've enjoyed our time here thus far. Just be hopeful you don't have an annoying neighbor above you like we do. Edit - If you have a sensitive nose, don't move into building 1201. It constantly smells like weed, including inside my apartment.
The staff was very helpful with the lease issuing process and made the transition very smooth. Their communication and service was great!
