Purchased Cali Model in 4/2025. Moved in full time 11/15/2025. Had a 3rd party home inspection. Found a few things and they were corrected before settlement. After moving in, tankless heater stop working. I called the company and they came out immediately and fixed it. As of today, we have no issues worth calling. Adam, the warranty agent, was very helpful and informative to our questions and concerns. Very happy here.
