Sean and Jacqui Dowd started Ridgefield Bicycle Company in January of 2011. By combining the existing bike shop in Ridgefield (Ridgefield Cyclesport) and Doctor Mike's Mobile Service, the shop was created. Sean and Jacqui live in Ridgefield with their three kids and wanted the shop to represent their family's passion for cycling and commitment to community. On a tune-up they spotted a problem with my bike and worked diligently with Specialized to get the problem resolved. I used the opportunity to upgrade my bike and Sean was awesome in providing options and working with me on a solution that worked for both of us. I now come here regularly for all my cycling needs.
