Sean and Jacqui Dowd started Ridgefield Bicycle Company in January of 2011. By combining the existing bike shop in Ridgefield (Ridgefield Cyclesport) and Doctor Mike's Mobile Service, the shop was created. Sean and Jacqui live in Ridgefield with their three kids and wanted the shop to represent their family's passion for cycling and commitment to community. Awesome staff, great prices, my go to shop
Thank you to Jacqui, Adam, Ken and the entire team at Ridgefield Bicycle Company. They helped steer me through my new bike purchase recently and then patiently answered all my novice questions as I showed up weekly at the store �...helping me with everything from bike & cleat adjustments, to bike hydration and nutrition questions and even teaching me how to fix a flat days before my race. I just finished my first Half Ironman this weekend, and love my new bike! Thanks guys!

RBC is really a gem in our little community - thank to Jacqui and Sean for establishing the store, and to Adam and colleagues for outstanding service - always ready with a helping hand. We came in on multiple occasions expecting the bike to be out of commission for a while, and Adam fixed it right on the spot.
