Don't Do It Ridge 45's apartments are poorly and cheaply built, and they certainly have embraced the phrase, "quantity over quality". I've had my A/C go out twice, the door handle and deadbolt on my door become loose and almost fall off, a massive leak that caused water to come out of my master bathroom ceiling that took weeks to fix, among several other things. Not as dog friendly as they say... I would like to put out a general recommendation to anyone thinking about moving to Ridge 45 complex to NOT DO IT. I have been here for three years, had my dog here for two years. Over the weekend, I was contacted by maintenance stating that he was barking and I had a noise complaint two nights in a row. I explained that I work in the ER and was at work so there was nothing I could do. The next two nights I had a neighbor listen and let him out.
