We didn't use a realtor but I guess we should have so soneone could help Ridge view can get their situation straight. They sent out an appraiser finally.... then we had to keep calling for updates and only to find out as surveyor was supposed to be out first. Finally a surveyor came out after a week. Then days later found out he has to go back and re-measure because they didn't understand what a minus measurement was. We are still waiting and don't even know now if we're closing now. Very unorganized and unprofessional. We a... read more
