I lived here for 2 years and loved it! I didn't love the fact my rent was raised every year. If I would have stayed for a 3rd year, my rent would have been over $1000 per month without utilities for a 1 bedroom. With the way the economy is, I had to move. Ridgeview Estates is a great, quiet place to live, but you should expect your rent to continue to be raised. Furthermore, I read several reviews about deposits not being given back. Do not give them your money. In my bad experience, it started with our move in date being set for a certain date and when we called a few days before to make sure that was still good and to see what we needed to bring we were told it wasn’t and had to push it out 2 weeks after I already left my job and moved states. When we arrived for the paper signing no one told us what we needed to bring or that we needed to bring a check of first month’s rent and deposit, etc due right then and there.
