The field manager Jason Lee saved the day on our job, we had some miscommunication with the sales department and we weren't getting answers from sales and Jason stepped in and kept the lines of communication flowing. He always responded promptly and didn't mislead us one time. We are happy with the siding work we had Ridgetop do for us due to Jason making sure our questions were being answered and supervising the install crew.

Excellent communication! Very pleased with everything from first visit, to prep and ordering the materials, and delivering / installing the new skylight and roof repair. There is a reason why they have great reviews. Marco and Tyler were very responsive and easy to work with!

Ridge top is currently installing vinyl on my home. From the beginning, Jason Lee has been a superstar. He facilitates everything on the job from the working crew to picking up & reordering items that get ordered incorrectly. Lets face it, its not a perfect world but he takes care of it all. Jason Lee, the field manager, did a fantastic job explaining and supervising the installation/replacement of my house gables with the hardie board. He and his crew were respectful of the property. I am very pleased with the job that was done!
