This place is great if you're into rude, hateful service. Not only was it a serious effort to get her to retrieve shoes to try on, but when I told her I needed to try the next size up, she said "well you'll just have to get them somewhere else." Not so ironically, that's exactly what I did. I support local business whenever I can, but I'd send every dollar to an online retailer before I'd ever consider going into this place again.

i am a long time runner and am in need of new running shoes for a marathon coming up in november. i know what kind of shoe i like and what fits; however, that does not mean that i wanted poor customer service. the lady who helped my friends and me basically got the shoes we requested, then went back to fiddling with something else and asked us 0 questions on the fit, what we thought, etc. also, she did not gait test us which was a shock to me. while we knew what we wanted, we also like to see how our gait is since it changes... read more

The shoes are overpriced and the staff is rude...especially that one lady that USED to work there. It would not surprise me if she was fired.

I went in looking for the new balance minimus mt10/mt20. They did not carry it but they did have the Merrell trail glove. Unfortunately they didn't have my size. The employee then recommended the Mizuno Wave Musha 3. I was told that it was a zero drop shoe. I went home to do some research only to find out that was absolutely not true. I was Either lied to or they don't know much about the products they are selling. I would expect that from a big box store but not from a small shop that specializes in running.
