When we travel we usually have someone look after our dogs. We were really hesitant about leaving our dogs at a daycare. They adjusted really well, and seemed to be happy when we dropped them off and picked them up. We were free to do things during the day that did not allow dogs. We knew they were having a good time. It was also good knowing that there was a veterinarian clinic attached in case something happened.
We take our dog here for Daycare as well as boarding. The staff is great! They really know our pet babies and care for them. We love this place! The facility is so clean and neat...and the outdoor play area for the dogs is amazing, playing on the side of a hill/Ridge!?! Fun! We cannot say enough good things about this place.
My pup Presley Lovesss going to daycare here. They keep him active and happy. As well as always keeping both myself and his other mommy updated throughout the day with pictures.
Love the new Ridge Runner Pet Lodging at Pet Care Clinic of the High Country in Boone, NC. Appy and Nora spent 4 nights and had a great time. Cheyenne, London, Stacy, Greg ... so many great people to take care of our girls. Walks in the woods and play time with other pups. The girls enjoyed their own vacation. Attentive staff who looked out for my black cocker when she exhibited symptoms of dry eye. Knowing their vet is right there if he or she is needed puts the mind at rest. Ridge Runner took care of our sweet boy this past weekend while we were away and it was an outstanding experience. Our rescue doggie had a rough start to life and has some separation anxiety but Greg and the Ridge Runner crew were great with him. Typically when we pick him up after boarding he is super stressed, hasn't eaten and takes a few days to get back to his normal routine but when we picked him up from Ridge Runner Tuesday morning he was his normal happy self.
