I am not one to write negative reviews, as I tend to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, as well as the chance to make it right. However, Ridge Roof Restoration has proven that they just do not care about their customers. I originally hired them to replace our roof 2 years ago. I worked with Michael and at our first consultation, I informed him there were 2 full layers to tear off. Michael and his team were a pleasure to work with from the initial contact and inspection to the insurance conversations to the installation and follow up. Definitely would recommend!
They were fantastic, knowledgeable and polite. Knocked out the work in less than an hour. Not only some of the best customer service i've ever had, but some of the most human that i've seen in a while.
Excellent experience with Ridge Roof Restoration when we needed a roof inspection. Mike was quick to respond and very accommodating of our schedule. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explained his findings and recommendations clearly, and provided a comprehensive report with supporting photographs. We feel confident in his evaluation and look forward to working with him for any of our roofing needs.
