Great deal on a great car ( 2013 Acura ILX ) Everyone was very helpful and we bought the car on the first day on the lot ! I did a lot of research and they had the best deal !
Best car buying experience I have ever had! Elliot was patient explaining the process to me and was very friendly and personable. They have fair prices on well taken care of cars. Highly recommend working with this group!! Well worth the trip from syracuse.
I would highly recommend this dealership. The vehicles are as advertised, and the prices very fair. Before driving down for a test drive I had a very pleasant conversation with Elliot, the sales manger. He was able to satisfy all my requests over the phone. All in all a very pleasant car buying experience.
Elliott was great to work with they gave me fair trade in.He replaced the brakes and rotors on the vehicle I bought even tho they didn't have to I highly recommend ridge road imports in Lansing N.Y. THANKS ELLIOTT
Choppy tires after Elliot informed me they were new tires. Alignment was off after they said they realigned it. Not ONE bent rim, but TWO. One even said bent rim on the tire. Wouldn't replace both. RAY stated I must have ran into something. Not sure how Rays mechanics didnt notice TWO bent rims , wouldn't answer me why. My local mechanic knew exactly what was going on with my car within 5 minutes. Car was filthy, my wife who is 5 months pregnant with twins cleaned it thoroughly.

Sorry Todd your not happy with us, its not the outcome we wanted either, my bad for not knowing about the bent rim, we quickly bought a replacement at $140. then you said the alignment was out so we sent the car to Goodyear for a laser alignment it was in spec. next another garage told you needed 2 tires we paid your garage for the tires, then you called wanting another rim, that I really don't belief is bent at all, I recommended replacing the one legal but scalloped cooper CS4 tire on the rear for free but you insisted on ... read more
