I wanted to share a deeply disappointing experience at the NAPA Auto Parts location in Benton Harbor. From the moment I approached the counter, the employee on duty was cold and dismissive. When I asked for help locating a part, he refused outright — no attempt to look it up, no suggestion of an alternative, nothing. His demeanor was rude and unwelcoming from start to finish.
