Terrible customer service. I cancelled my storage unit with an actual employee over the phone and she told me I was good to go, didn’t need to do anything else. I was charged the next month anyway. I have left seven voicemails and I have also emailed them. I have not once gotten a return call to discuss what’s happening. I am STILL being billed for the unit three months later with ZERO communication attempts from anyone in the company.
