Dr Ridge is an excellent and caring neurologist. She has been diligent and capable and eager to help me in my care. Thank you Dr Ridge.
I have Dr Ridge for over 5 years now. She goes above and beyond; she cares about her patient.
Don't get misguided by the 4.5 star rating. She creates multiple accounts to leave 5 star reviews with obviously fake stories. On one of them, she even forgets to log out of her account and there is a review by Leah Ridge herself. "Medicine has changed" because now, Doctors can leave fake reviews for themselves. Also, every appointment so far I waited AT LEAST 30 minutes, even for online telehealth appointments. Despite waiting so long, half of the appointment revolves around her asking you unnecessarily personal questions. ... read more
Horrible staff. Lied to me more than once about unanswered phone calls and "lost" referrals. Waited weeks to see in person only to be told two days before that it's tele med. Also insisted on records from other docs I'd seen yrs ago. Ridiculous!
Dr. Ridge saved my life and allowed me to walk again. If it wasn't for her my life would have been confined to a wheelchair. I had a 1 in a million diagnosis of Transverse Myelitis in which Dr. Ridge identified and treated with high dose steroids. I have had a 28 year career as a Paramedic and Registered Nurse and have found Dr. Ridge to be one of the most brilliant and caring Doctors in Hawaii.
