I heard they were very rude to my friend a couple times. I've also heard multiple bad things about this place.

We followed Dr Rhonda Pierce here when she joined the practice. We love Dr Pierce. Ridge Lake is an excellent Animal Hospital. All of our interactions with the staff have been great and as I said, we love Dr Pierce. I highly recommend Ridge Lake Animal Hospital.
Saw Dr. Kusterbeck and staff last week with our boy "GOOSE' !! Everyone was very kind and knowledgable !!! Love Dr. K and team !! "GOOSE ' and I have found our new Vet Office !! Thank you all so very much for the great care !!!

Just had an appointment with Dr. Pierce yesterday, and she is the best! We feel like she really cares about our dog's needs, and she doesn't push any unnecessary procedures like what some vets tend to do. Her top concern is the comfort and health of our dog, and she was sensitive to our concerns. My one complaint about this practice is they are expensive compared to other vets in the area, but our dog is old, and I don't want to change anything up on her now this late in her life when we've been so happy with the service her... read more

I just started with Ridge Lake - I followed my Vet of 18 years there. I was very happy with the staff and how our dog was treated and how we were treated. A fine place to bring your pets.

My 2 rescue kitties, Fuzz Lightyear and Bo Peep, both "love" Ridge Lake. Well, as much as a cat can love going to the vet. The staff is super friendly and I love the surprise cards and emails we get for birthdays, etc.
