Thank you guys so much for being there for Bones and my family when we recently had a house fire. We wanted Bones checked out and bathed and they fit us in right away. Bones got a clean bill of health, a bath and some love (aka, spa day!). Jessica and Dr. Caldwell were not only compassionate and kind but they managed to help me smile and laugh about the lighter side of everything! Dr Kusterback is the best for my exotics in the area. He’s knowledgeable, patient and so loving with my two birds and guinea pig. The staff were amazingly sympathetic when we lost one of our cockatiels two years ago. For normal hours care and emergency visits they are the best. I wish there was another 24 exotic animal hospital closer so we don’t have to go to Fairfax for after hours.
I've only been once so far but I already really like this place. The doctor is very knowledgeable and all the staff are very very friendly. I definitely recommend! I just got my very first puppy and I'm quite sure Ridge Lake Animal Hospital will be my veterinarians for life!
