The Reserve is a great place for young professionals to live. My only complaint is they need to police the one-way coming into the Reserve better. I constantly see cars, especially a white ford fusion, go the wrong way down the one-way. I wish the Reserve would do something about this.
Yep fifteen years later, I stay as it is affordable and great location for me job. Original appliances, paint and carpet, dont even bother to ask for them to update anything as the response is they will when we move. Thought by getting a yet another new management co., things would be better. I have lived at the lodge apartments going on 5 years now Tammy and the staff have really making new changes come check it out the maintenance men are awesome they get the job done right and fast you will love it here
The property manager is an evil woman ans I don't say that lightly. She'll insult you, your kids, your parenting, she'll make up fraudulent reasons to try to evict you and manipulate her superiors using her '20 year employee' status as leverage. She manipulates and breaks/changes the lease every other day. She turns the other cheek and lies to her bosses to try to force you out of the apartment. Overpriced dirty, cheap, run-down apartments. My apartment was dirty on move-in day, and the property manager and maintenance lack the motivation and communication to address the needs of the residents. The carpets were stained (still are) and grime coated every crevice. The structural integrity of the apartments is questionable, some of the balcony stilts look on the verge of collapse. This is the worst apartment I've lived in since I moved to Lincoln (I've lived in 5 other apartments). The first 3 years I lived here, it wasn't that bad. Things got fixed shortly after reporting them and the management, while never very friendly, was at least responsive to requests and was there during the day to be able to drop off rent or call in an issue.
