Dr Saleh has gone above and beyond to help my husband through his foot issues. We have always felt like family at every visit and in between. Thank you to you and your office staff as well. We would have never made it this far without you.
I went into this office to pay my outstanding bill with a PERSONAL check not a check from my insurance co. I handed the CSR my Personal check and my bill. I was immediately told that I had to endorse the back of my Personal check. I told the CSR that I made the check out to St. Mary's General Group not me so why did I have to endose the back of the check and I did not feel comfortable endosing the back of the check. I went here by Reference of another doctor and they charged me 450$ for visit. And Dr. Subek did not even see me personally. For small crack they just did taped two fingers and which is wonderful. For General work they should be charging normal fees average fees for visit is 200$ . If you have deep pockets its good for you but. I felt offensive as DR.Subik Did not even care to come and look at it and they changed me 450$ even after going by reference.
Worst booking experience ever. Beware—no matter your pain or injury, you will need to hound them to make an appointment. At 8am I filled out the “contact us” on their web site—no response. At 10am I called the office—they asked me to send an email—no response. At 3pm I called back to confirm they received my email—they said “ you didn’t attach your insurance card”. I sent it.
