I have been going to the Ridge for a month now and love the boxing classes!!!
Love Love Love the classes! Friendly and amazing people and trainers who really care! The childcare is also FANTASTIC! This is the best place to a healthier lifestyle!
I was skeptical about joining Ridge at first because its a new gym, new environment, and the stereotype that use to be Golds/Ridge. However, I have since fallen in love with being a member at Ridge. The staff are all very welcoming and the members are as well. People show up to Ridge to work and get results and that is what I love about it. The fact that it is open 24/7 I can't make excuses to not go and everything that is part of the membership. I used to be a member of Gold's a few years back & moved on to try some other workouts... the only reason I came back to Ridge is because I followed my phenomenal Trainer, Rachel Plumage! If you want a good butt kicking... you have to try one of her classes! Plus, I'm a little partial to her training so you should check that out too! And not only are some of the staff I used to see still there, but so are a lot of the people that I worked out w before ... that tells me a lot! Highly recommend!
Great place!! Great people!! Love it!! The classes are included with the membership, that's a big plus for me!!
