Straightforward gym with none of the Froufrou gimmicky crap. Open nearly everyday of the year and all hours of the day.

We lived in Missoula for 3 years and loved Ridge fitness. Over time it became more than just a gym it became a family. We have 6 kids and they loved going to the childcare and taking the kids boxing classes. We felt like the ridge staff became part of our family and we felt so encouraged and welcomed by everyone. We miss them and so wish we could find another gym like them here in Idaho but are feeling like there may never be another gym like this.
Worst ran gym in town. I once asked an employee to do something and he literally said he didn’t get paid enough. Employees do not care about anything management is worse
I had canceled my account since I was moving. Three years later as I returned to Missoula I found out that they kept charging me for both my cousin and I’s account. Without any sort of notice, no email, no call, nothing. I was now in collections over $700. I called multiple times asking to speak with a manager and was always told I would be reached by someone with in a few days. I never received a call.
