After my son seeing a different psychiatrist for 4 years and still being admitted into a mental facility twice, we decided to change over to dr. seiler. He reviewed my son’s medical records and understood why we were so frustrated. He started from the very beginning and sorted things through for us to get my son on the correct medications with correct diagnosis’s. Updated, i see your response,... if Alyssa wouldn't have hung up on me when i called, and gave me any sort of reason why you did what you did, things might be different. I was also told not to come up there and you wouldn't call me back, so, there's that, you are not above me because you have a degree, make sure my medical records get sent over to the doctor that's gonna be taking care of me now because of your actions. ****If I could give a negative star, I would. Alyssa was extremely unprofessional when I went to transfer my kids medical records from them to Emily due to me wanting to stay with Emily after she left. I was calling up numerous times before hand to try to get medical records transferred & was being ignored multiple times through out the day, I finally texted & got an answer back & was told to come in. I came in & she would not give me any information on what to put onto the paper to fill it out, even though she was given Emily’s contact info & could have easily helped, ... read more

I have had many patients transfer from this office to me at Pink Couch Psychiatry. The office used to be respectable and good to patients, but things have clearly changed as of late. They are very slow at sharing records which compromises patient care. They are rude and all around disrespectful both to me as a provider, as well as to the patients based on what is reported back to me. It's very frustrating to deal with an office with a superiority complex like this. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.
