I wish I would have read the reviews before this appointment, as my situation is similar to another reviewer. For a "family practice" that focuses on the mental health of human beings, there is little empathy offered at the front desk. I had an appointment - albeit I was 5 minutes late walking through the door due to an accident on the highway and me trying to get the courage to get out of the car - but was informed that I was labeled as a no-show because I was supposed to check in 15 minutes prior because I was a first time... read more

Dr. Peter Seiler and Dr. Emily Seiler are truly wonderful. They both care deeply about their patients and always go the extra mile to make sure people feel heard and supported. You can tell they love what they do — they take their time, explain things clearly, and never rush appointments. Wish I could give this office ZERO stars. I am currently struggling with severe depression and CPTSD. My doctor referred me here, and I had an appointment at 9:30. The check in time was 9:15, but the woman on the phone did not inform me that if I didn’t make it to the informal check in time they’d never be able to reschedule me again. I got to the office around 9:27am so before 9:30am. **the safety of your patients IS NOT PARAMOUNT. You abandoned my child in the middle of a medical crisis!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR I experienced today what many of you have written reviews about. I would encourage every single one of you to file a complaint with the kansas medical board.
