A techs who blows off after hours calls...I told him I would report him, get a call from one of the "owners" ...bigger jerk who tells you he is recording your call...Last I heard doing that without permission was a felony. All after you had "fixed" the problem on a call on Sept 12th...2 hrs later no tech on site yet...some customer service...not.

Ridge was recommended to me by a friend when we were looking to get a new central AC. Randy gave me an estimate and answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need that I inquired about. The installers Eric and Jacob did a great job and cleaned up after. They also answered some questions as well, and showed me a couple improper things that had been done on the installation of our old unit. Great company , great employees. Oh yea,and the price was good! Thanks!

We have only had to use you guys a couple times because it seems you guys just do it right the first time. At our old house and the new one both guys that came out were very professional and friendly. The issue was taken care of quickly and the cost was affordable with three kids those two things are a must! Thank you so much!
