If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in my apartment (*********) for 3 years now. Four months after I moved in there numerous leaks discovered by myself along with mold. I was told by several maintenance men that the leaks were coming from different places in the upstairs unit. Fast forward to today where there are 100 work orders submitted, pending lawsuits for mold and negligence, this issue still persists. I have been a renter with this company for 3 yrs and never had problem until last yr and covid. Because I lost my job and it took sometime to find a new one I found myself late on getting rent into them. Despite the rent being very expensive this company continue to charge huge amount of late charges despite everything everyone was going through. Even when late one day, if I didn't have it until the next I was charged 250 + 15% each day after. I went to the Mayor of this town and the leasing agent tried to make it seem as th... read more
