The assistant property manager and leasing agent are extremely helpful with anything I ever need. Couldn’t ask for a better community of help to have. They are 10/10!!
I lived at the Ridge for over a year. Get ready, this is gonna be a long one. Pros - The pool is great in the summer and I used it all the time. It does turn into a party spot which can be good or bad depending on your opinion of loud music and parties. Also, you will absolutely see the leasing office staff heavily drinking at the pool and partying on their days off, which is so bizarre. - The maintenance men are the absolute best and respond to requests extremely quickly, which is uncommon in other places. Elevator in the 3000 building is down for the second or third time in the past year. This time it’s been down for roughly 10 weeks with ZERO updates or communication on an ETA.
