Inspections R US Notes on my stay at the Ridge Apartments. While it was no horror story there it was not a joyful place either. If the thought of being visited at least three times a year with an apartment inspection does not bother you then the Ridge may be your place. These inspections come in January, February, and in the Summer. Why the first two cannot be combined into a single inspection escapes me. Easy Living Living in The Ridge apartments is really great. The buildings themselves are fairly new and the grounds are kept neat and nice. The people who help run the vicinity are very helpful and know what they are doing. The location is spectacular as well. Walking distance from Trader Joe's makes getting groceries a breeze. The complex itself is fairly quiet but still with tenants who are friendly and give welcoming smiles and waves when you see them. The complex is pet friendly as well which is a definite plus. Brand Spankin' New Apartment Complex! I've been living here since the apartment complex first opened in just three years ago. I have to admit it's my favorite apartment complex I've lived in... partly because it's quite new. The building complex has ample parking (both covered and uncovered) so regardless of the time of day, there's a very good change you'll find parking near your home.
