My husband I am came in today with our puppy Luna and six year old Aussie Lacy. Could not be more happy with the girls at the front desk, the technician Logan and Dr Kelly Matchett Kohout. Great experience overall! Be back soon! Thank you for a great first impression!
This vets is AMAZING!!!!! They went above and beyond to help my 7 month old kitten.
I have been coming with my pets for 8 years now. So far we had always good experiences. My dog was very sick 5 years ago and Dr. Epper-Cote and the technicians were all very helpful and my dog recovered and is now a happy 10 year old. Our visit today gave me a bad feeling though. Dr. Foeltsch (?), I believe her name was, somebody I have never seen there before, treated my dog poorly. I recently had to bring in a cat that I was watching while the owner was on vacation. The cat had become ill before the owner left and she left me in charge of making decisions about the cat. It was difficult but this vet office made things run so smoothly and gave us the time to give our last goodbye to him. I was in shock that this had to happen but he was just to sick and the vet tech showed so much support I have know this cat for 3 years and I was so close to him. He was part of my life. My grandaughter had a very sick dog that I had no idea how sick. I tried to find place to have her put down and you people were excellent in helping me with this situation. I will definatly be making them my new vet~! Thank you so much.
