My dog had been a patient for a very long time at the Ridge. One morning she got deathly ill and went unconscious. I called the Ridge, they were open, and they would not let me bring her in. They informed me to bring her somewhere else because they had no openings in their schedule. Distraught with a dog that I thought was dying I called around and another animal hospital where she had never gone before slipped her right in, even though they had a busy schedule themselves. The staff is very understanding & sympathetic when you have to send your fur babies to the Rainbow Bridge.
I’ve been bringing my animals to the ridge since they opened Dr Epper and the team are amazing and so caring. And they make kids feel so welcomed my daughter loves going to the ridge so much she asked if Dr epper could be her doctor. Lol they treat your pets like family, and will work with you if you can’t afford treatments for your fur babies. Hands down best place to bring your fur babies. ❤️
My poor Bernese Mountain dog cut his paw pad open this morning while out venturing in the woods. They were able to get us in right away this morning and get his foot cleaned, stapled and wrapped in a bandage. We have been a customer for just under a year and love the care and service Dr. Sylvie and her team provides! Thank you for taking great care of Theo!
Dr Matchett has been wonderful with all three of our cats. She has helped them with numerous illnesses! Even some that were very difficult to figure out. She is caring, and will take the time to explain everything in detail. She’s great with our two feral cats as well. The ridge overall is clean and have kind front office staff too!
I won’t take my pets anywhere else to be taken care of. I brought one of my cats in yesterday for surgery, and within hours they were calling to tell me everything went well. When I picked her up, the Dr told me everyone was out back taking turns cuddling with her. Upon further inspection of my receipt at home, I noticed 50$ had been taken off as a “good client” discount, which I thought was really nice of them. �
