Kyle took care of my Explorer in a timely fashion for am affordable price. Very friendly and accommodating. Will return for future work. I would recommend to family and friends.
Deciding to have my 2010 Explorer repaired here was a good one. The Explorer drives like new after struts, a ball joint and a transmission were replaced. I was kept informed throughout the process.
It's hard to find a mechanic you trust. I found them at Truckworks. They came highly recommended and were able to diagnose the issues with my 2015 F-150. I was given a detailed estimate of the work that had to be done as well as work that could be done if I felt like being proactive. It was nice not to get the hard sell when I chose only to get the needed work done. Kyle was professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I'll be a customer for life when it comes to our Ford vehicles.
Bought an expedition from Mr. Kyle , honest shop, reliable. Definitely recommend it and will be back for another Ford there.
If you live locally and take your Ford somewhere other than TruckWorks, you’re doing it wrong. Kyle and his team are top notch and really know their stuff. Expert knowledge and guidance when it comes to service and repairs, and Kyle is a fantastic communicator. After my recent second service appointment with TruckWorks, I won’t be taking my Ford truck anywhere else.
