These guys were spot on. The dealership had NO CLUE. I brought to Kyle(my first time) since he was a Ford man. And he diagnosed right away. A full under carriage assessment was done. He has won my business.
Kyle took care of my Explorer in a timely fashion for am affordable price. Very friendly and accommodating. Will return for future work. I would recommend to family and friends.
Deciding to have my 2010 Explorer repaired here was a good one. The Explorer drives like new after struts, a ball joint and a transmission were replaced. I was kept informed throughout the process.
