These guys were spot on. The dealership had NO CLUE. I brought to Kyle(my first time) since he was a Ford man. And he diagnosed right away. A full under carriage assessment was done. He has won my business.
Kyle took care of my Explorer in a timely fashion for am affordable price. Very friendly and accommodating. Will return for future work. I would recommend to family and friends.
Deciding to have my 2010 Explorer repaired here was a good one. The Explorer drives like new after struts, a ball joint and a transmission were replaced. I was kept informed throughout the process.
It's hard to find a mechanic you trust. I found them at Truckworks. They came highly recommended and were able to diagnose the issues with my 2015 F-150. I was given a detailed estimate of the work that had to be done as well as work that could be done if I felt like being proactive. It was nice not to get the hard sell when I chose only to get the needed work done. Kyle was professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I'll be a customer for life when it comes to our Ford vehicles.
