What can I say. Such a great experience. I purchased 2 cars from Ridesmart and they’ll be the first people I call if or when I’m ready to purchase again. Joe is very transparent, straight forward and made me feel relaxed through the whole process. After purchase, some adjustments were needed on my Audi A3. Fran came and picked up the car at my home at 7pm and had the car ready by 10:30pm, the same night. And he delivered it! Thanks guys!

Joe was so helpful and available whenever I had questions. I had to replace my beloved beetle after it was totaled in an accident. I called before they even had pics of my new car on the website and on the spot he put the photos online so I could view the car. I live two hours away and he was very reassuring and easy to work with. I picked up my new beetle today and I am so thrilled!
We recently purchased a TDI from Ride Smart. I am a visiting nurse and I needed reliable transportation with good fuel mileage. We found the perfect car for what I needed, the car was immaculate inside and out, and the transaction was quick and 90% of it was done remotely. I qualified for the $500 off due to being a nurse, which was a huge plus. I would recommend this dealership to anyone on the hunt for a new vehicle.
